At SOS we embrace the art of storytelling and pay homage to traditional artisan skills. Our cross-disciplinary method combines skills including contemporary design, tailoring, needlework, felting, textile printing, digital manipulation, photography, collage and illustration.

Embracing the idea that one thing does not exist without another, our pieces are largely born from our fascination with the oddity & beauty of transformation.

We take bundles of recycled clothing, jewellery, off-cuts, vintage textiles and other ‘found’ objects and transform these seemingly dull and outdated items into handcrafted designer & art pieces of unusual beauty.

Whether it’s by incorporating the pages of old fashion magazines, timber off-cuts, digital art, or hand-drawn illustration, each mixed media artwork is a one-of-a-kind, that will capture your thoughts and imagination through our unique blend of storytelling.
